Right now my skin is the clearest it's ever been, it's amazing. I chalk that up to being very diligent about proper skin care, but I think the dry winter air has a lot to do with it as well. I live in NYC where the summers are broiling and humid. I sweat like a pig, basically, and my face breaks out like crazy every year. I don't want to lose my clear skin, it's doing wonders for my self esteem! I already wash my face twice a day with anti-acne products, use an oil free primer and makeup and avoid picking my skin...it still doesn't help come summer. Any tips?

Hey, I understand the problem you've gone through when trying to cure your acne. A
close friend of mine was recently in the same situation as you and nothing was working for

What you have is Tropical acne. Tropical acne arises in tropical climates because of heat, humidity, sun and sweat. Even if you are staying in a hot area, you may be able to control tropical acne by avoiding the heat and excess sunlight. Stay indoors where there is air conditioning during the daytime when you can. Use over the counter products such as those containing Benzoilroxide and salicylic acid.
