I take Omeprazole every morning, but I forgot today. My acid reflux is really acting up now. What medicines can I take to make it stop? Is Pepto Bismol ok?Omeprazole works well, but I forgot to take it this morning.

Just continue to take the omeprazole - if that doesn't work after several months, you may want to try esmeprozole (sp?)...if that doesn't work, you may need surgical intervention.

Take some Zantac.. I am sure you can find it over the counter.. It works my son is on it.
