My mom always said, "With each cigarette you smoke, you add another nail in your coffin." I smoked for 40+ yrs and quit 18 months ago. I recently had a chest x-ray and there are no signs of cancer or any lung disease. I have been so blessed with that. That doesn't mean that everyone will have the same results. You can't put a number on cigarettes smoked. Just don't do it and you'll have no worries, maybe.
