Default How am i meant to control my panic attacks when they are happening in my sleep? - 01-05-2009, 06:24 PM

I have panic attacks at night at least once a week.I wake up out of sleep panicy, hyperventilating, shaking and fearful.Then i usually throw up and can't get back to sleep.I'm 16.How can i get control over this without drugs.

Have you spken to your parents or doctor about this?I can't imagine how difficult this is for you. Someone very close to me is suffering from the same sort of thing.Please tell Mom&Dad, see someone about them.Good Luck, May God Bless!

I'm sorry to hear this. I don't know I would say find a way to lose/deal with the stress in your life. hope you can sleep better.

have Ur parents buy u the Lucinda program to help u with ur anxiety and she talks about the anxiety during sleep too. it helped me to get my life back together
