She won't use her foot, I can't see any sign of injury or pus but the whole foot is slightly swollen. Breathing was laboured for a while, but seems ok now. Eating ok, poo a bit loose and greenish. The other thing that's happened is that the cere has changed colour from pink to blue. This is a budgie who is about 3 years old and has always had a pink cere.

just keep a close eye on here and nuture her if that dosent work take her to the vet

I don't know about budgies, but wirh eclectus parrots their feather will change colour if they have something wrong with them. If she has had bad breathing and a sore foot she should reallyt see a vet. What perches are you using>Look on google for the best type of perch for budgies - they are on their feet all day so it's important they are comfortable. But she may hae twisted her foot/caught it when you didn't see so that may be why it's swollen. It's better to be safe than sorry, so take her to a vet.
