Here is some tips to lose weights. The points are given following here :

1. Drink a glass of water or a cup of herbal tea before each meal or two just in case.
2. Count calories. Dieting for weight loss comes down to simple addition you have to burn more calories than you're taking in.
3.Eat foods that take a while to digest. Eating items that take longer to break down will help you feel full for longer, as well as keeping your metabolism busy. Focus on foods that are high in fiber.
4.Take smaller bites. When you're eating, try to avoid putting large bites into your mouth. Instead, divide your meal into more morsels.
5.Eat breakfast. Contrary to a popular misconception, you won't lose more weight if you skip this meal. In fact, studies indicate that eating breakfast jumpstarts your metabolism and gets it working for the day.
6.Control stress eating. Stress and anxiety can lead cause weight gain because often people will eat their feelings.
7.Avoid eating late at night. Because your body doesn't burn a lot of calories while you're asleep, you're more likely to hang onto whatever you eat before bed.

I don't recommend any "white" food (bread is included) because of the high amount of carbs. Also avoid wheat based bread even if you see a "whole wheat" on the package or whole meal gluten-free, it just made of high carbs ingredients which contribute to belly fat.

For natural appetite suppressant, you can try honey for natural serotonin booster. Flax seed is a good option for snacks.

Here are some tips to remain healthy and fit :-

1. Drinking two 8-ounce glasses of water before breakfast, lunch and dinner can help in weight loss efforts.
2. Yoga may not seem like a weight-bearing exercise, but it absolutely is.
3. Take good fats in your daily food which help you to remain healthy and beautiful.

Well, fast is a relative term. The first week is where most of the weight loss occurs, then it tapers off over time. It's a matter of having a staged plan to keep the weight loss consistent.

Exercise can only help a weight loss plan, although it's better to use efficient workouts rather than "run for hours".

One of the biggest factors to successful weight loss is finding a fitness community. Chris from the TV show, Extreme Weight Loss hit the nail on the head when he mentions that fact. I would just expand further on that to include online communities. There are lots of online resources available, and doing it together rather than doing it alone is WAY more effective.
