Yes you are right Niraj Kumar Chaudhary.. People really want to lose weight instantly with the help of this all methods.. But I think some natural techniques are better than all.. We should not start our weight loss journey with Diet pills and the medicine.. Because exercise and food care can reduce our body weight according to our need.. Fitness center and the other Gym department are the best way.. I am doing exercise last 2 months and I have water diet and I am feeling really fine.. I lost my 10 lbs weight in last 15 days on the scale..

Lose weight through lotions and pills? Sounds like another "fad diet/alternative". There are literally thousands of ways to "lose weight", but very few are permanent weight loss options. I'm inclined to agree more with thomas on this, as the most effective way to long term weight loss is to begin with the inside:
1) Start by improving what you put into your body (more greens, less processed food)
2) Increase mobility: excercise, increase of lifestyle activeness
3) Once you achieve your weight goals, don't waver. A diet isn't meant to be a fad, a healthy diet should be a permanent facet of your lifestyle.

Diet supplement aid in weight loss but we can't rely completely on them, we still need some exercise and proper diet. It's a combination. For example, I like to ride my bike, but a couple of days a week I'll ride a couple of miles to warm up, then do a 30 second full-out sprint followed my 90 seconds of easy peddling and repeat that 7 times. It's only four minutes of going hard, but believe me it's tough.
