* Exercise and protein intake: This is the third step. Exercise and protein intake always go together. When you exercise, the protein helps in building the muscles. Exercise should not be taken easily. When you simply lose weight while not building muscles, chances are high that instead of losing fat weight, you are losing muscle weight. Exercise and intake of protein should not be ignored as that help in building muscles and keep you healthy.

With the help of these 3 basic steps, you can easily lose weight. These steps are very simple and one can easily follow it. The aim behind these steps is to simply increase your metabolism by eating the right amount and right food together with some exercise that builds muscle. Always keep in mind that to lose weight, one need not have to starve. This will slow down your rate of metabolism, which will only weaken you.
You are absolutely right Daina! I would just like to add the need for adequate rest. Sleep is very important to the weight loss process as well. According to Dr. Michael Breus at the Atlanta School of Sleep Medicine, "When you don't get enough sleep, it drives leptin levels down, which means you don't feel as satisfied after you eat. Lack of sleep also causes ghrelin levels to rise, which means your appetite is stimulated, so you want more food."

These hormones - leptin and ghrelin does influence appetite and they in turn are influenced by how little or how much sleep one gets.

this post is very important for weight loss.you should take proper exercise,avoid fast foods.foods and salid are very good for weight loss.yoga and exercise is effective for weight loss

If you want to loss weight then drink 4-5 glass water in early morning. Avoid fast-food and oily , junk food. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Do exercise regularly like walking, jogging and cycling....

1. Walk to work.
2. Use fat-free milk over whole milk.
3. Do sit-ups in front of the TV.
4. Walk during lunch hour.
5. Drink water before a meal.
6. Eat leaner red meat and poultry.

8. Walk instead of driving whenever you can.
9. Take a family walk after dinner.

Yap. The best way to lose weight is still via the traditional method of exercising and dieting. You can look in the area of drinking more tea to lose weight more efficiently.

* Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises in the morning before breakfast
* Drink a lot of Water
* Stop eating at 7pm
* Drink Green Tea
* Keep a food diary

Its really good information.It is really good thing to loss weight walks, dancing, swimming, cycling, tennis, gardening, martial arts.Actually exercise is best way to reduce calorie You also need to drink 8 glass water daily.You need eat less fat, less sugar, less quantities from all.
