There is no easy way when it comes to losing weight. Of course it depends on each person's body, because some people might lose fat easier than others. But as an answer to your question I can only say this: Calories Deficit. That means that daily you have to eat less calories than your body consumes. In this way, with no calories to consume, our body starts getting energy from fat. So as a consequence of calories deficit people usually eat less calories and tend to exercise more. I would suggest for a low carb diet combined with cardio exercising. Low carb diets are not for everyone. When you are on a low carb diet, you feel like you don't have energy, you feel sleepy etc. Carbohydrates are our body's favorite source of energy. When our body switches from carbs to fat, this process makes you feel really woozy. But after a few days, your body and you will adapt and will feel better. I will post an article in the next days about low carb diets and their advantages and disadvantages.

Agree but still diet is also more important part to loose weight..

I think you should take care of your diet and do some exercise. Avoid to eat fast food and drink more water. Used vinegar in your meals. And also do some exercise like cycling swimming or yoga is also good option.
