Default What supplement is the best to gain weight? - 12-16-2008, 08:34 AM

I am very active and am committing to a new weight lifting regiment. Need to know which type or brand of supplement will give me the quickest yield of weight gain. I also have a very high metabolism, and eat plenty of protein. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the health food store or look around online and you can find a lot of them, as well as reviews for them. It all depends, but try to find one that has the least fat or bad stuff for you.The one that makes you gain weight the quickest will most likely not be that healthy for you....

any whey powders r good 2 gain muscle, muscles are hevier than fat n sometimes if no exercise is present n u drink whey powders, u gain fat...

Consult the doc before taking any.Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

To gain weight and be healthy, you need to consume more calories on a daily basis for a healthy weight and get food to choose the right type to use. If you increase the consumption of junk foods and fatty foods is not a good way to gain weight. junk foods usually contain unhealthy trans fats, saturated fats and refined sugars. Even if you need to add calories to weight gain.

Gain weight fast :

- Eat Enough Fibre
- Eat Enough Protein
- Eat more calories
- Lift Weights
- Regular Exercise
