How do I get rid of an awfull urinary tract infection? -

I have a urinary tract infection and it is fierce! started off with frequency, then blood in my urine, then pain, alot of pain at the end of my urination, and now not being able to control weather or not I pee my pants sometimes. Been on meds for a week and it doesn't seem to be working. Help Me Please. Any advice? I feel like I need a diaper. Will someone give me some advice on what I should do. ------
