How can I make a teen board meeting fun yet serious? -

There are two boards for our non-profit LEVEL, a teen center. One board is the adult board that makes the executives decisions, and the teen board that comes up with ideas and planning, which me and another guy is in charge of. We are both 20 years old and the teens range from 16-19. We want to make it fun so that the teens have a good time and that's part of our mission, yet we need to get stuff done without fooling around to much.
