there's alot of causes of stress for example if you are working and you can not do it anymore because of too much work and limited time you are stress, if you are driving and its traffic for almost 1 hour and you are hurrying for your work, you are stress, its really on how you relate with such situation but if you are positive you can just relax and give some humor. Effective ways to release stress, think Positive, smile and laugh with your friends, go on brisk walking early morning, drink a lot of water, and Trust God for everything.
