Default Where should one massage if they want to relieve stress? - 01-03-2009, 05:56 AM

I'm planning something out for a friend who is stressed to the max. Where should I massage them most to relieve stress? Thanks.

Neck and shoulders, but don't get too friendly, unless she wants you to.

Between the legs.I know it relieves my stress every single time a woman does it to me.In a non-sexual way, you could massage the shoulders. We hold most of our stress there.

Don't forget the feet. All our nerves have endings in the feet so you will be massaging parts of the"inner body"when you do this.

Also, please note that your uncle has been losing blood for a while now, so his blood level, or in more technical terms packed cell volume (PCV) or hemoglobin concentration (Hb), is bound to be low. So his doctor may likely request for a PCV or Hb, amongst other investigations, and if your uncle's blood level is found to be too low, he may need to be given a blood transfusion in addition to other more specific treatment measures.

I think there is deficiency of the water in your body . you should use maximum water to avoid this problem. You should use minimum 16 glass of the water to get the better results in respect of your diseases.

It is also very important for you to know what your blood pressure readings mean while monitoring your blood pressure at home. Normal blood pressure would be any reading from 90/60mmHg to 120/80mmHg. Any reading less than 90/60 is regarded as hypotension (low blood pressure). Readings between 120/80 and 139/89 indicates prehypertension (on your way to becoming hypertensive). 140/90 to 159/99 indicates stage 1 hypertension (high blood pressure). 160/100 to 179/109 indicates stage 2 hypertension. Any blood pressure reading from 180/110 and above indicates a hypertensive crisis.

The primary aim of monitoring your blood pressure at home is to help you achieve blood pressure readings that fall within the normal range, so if you find your blood pressure readings increasing above normal, please do not hesitate to consult your doctor. Together, you and your doctor can find an effective way of helping you control your blood pressure.

Yes, there are many products made for home use, which can be used to whiten or bleach discolored teeth and they're usually in form of gels, strips, tooth pastes, bleaching pens, chewing gums, and so on, containing specific oxidizing agents like hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide. Using such at-home tooth whitening products for lightly stained teeth is usually more cost effective than in-clinic dental bleaching procedures. For heavily stained teeth, however, in-clinic dental bleaching is recommended.
