Default How do you reduce your stress? - 12-31-2008, 07:56 AM

We all live in a hectic world. Work to be done and a lot of people to meet, so you may find it hard to find time for yourself. The bills keep coming in, the power is knockned out by a storm, or your commute to work has been effected by a blizzard, and or a flood. In your day what type of routine or lack of routine do you like to do to reduce your stress and overall health.

Try to workout for 30 minutes a day. Make it a vigorous workout. Or just run a little bit everyday. While doing this you are too busy to think about stressful things.

Scream in a pillow, listen to music, go for a walk, make ten funny faces in the mirror, dance (badly), sing.

Mediation and yoga is very helpful to reduce stress. Meditation is an eternal stage of mind which provide power to brain to remain stables in any situation. Or divert your mind and spend time with friends and family to reduce stress and feel fresh.

stress can cause tinnitus.If you want tinnitus treatment than you must know that tinnitus can be managed with some lifestyle changes. Avoiding stress and loud noise can help. Some foods and drinks can increase tinnitus including caffeine (in tea, coffee and other drinks), quinine (in tonic water), and red wine and spicy foods. Quit smoking to improve your health and ask your doctor if your medications may make tinnitus worse.

I go for a walk and just think. Also, planning ahead of what you want done and when will help you feel less stressed. You will know that everything is accounted for and that you aren't forgetting anything.

I used to listen low sound music which soothes my tension and like to go to garden for a walk and exposing myself to the nature...
