How long can you go without sleep before you get permanet brain dammage? -

I got around 4 hours of sleep last night. I then went to work and came home and took a 2 hour nap. I am going to work this morning with no sleep. I have read that getting no sleep can eventually cause permanent brain damage!?? Should I be worried about this? ------
