I find that when you wake up annoyingly, it is usually that either- Your natural body clock needs to adjust, which is probably not your problem if you have worked with this job a while.-If you need the loo then that can prevent you from sleeping, so try and go to the loo as much as possible-Another thing I find keeps me awake is being hungry and not realising, try eating a healthy snack about 20 minutes before trying to nap
