If your eyes and tear ducts are dry, buy some Refresh eye drops and use regularly. If sinuses are dry, irrigate often with saline nasal spray. If mouth is dry, get some anti-dryness toothpaste (Biotene or Tom's) and also mouthwash (Biotene) to help keep moisture in your mouth. Drink lots of water and don't let your mouth dry out while sleeping. Visit the dentist often since a dry mouth means more cavities. The Biotene brand products work well and are available at Walgreen's. See your rheumatologist regularly for evaluation.Sjogren's will often improve for no particular reason and then come back when you have just about forgotten about having it. good luckhttp://www.emedicine.com/emerg/topic537.htm ------
