Do little girls get muscular dystrophy and how do they test for it?

She is two and falls often when running. Her uncle died frm MD when 16.

Muscular dystrophy mainly affects boys but girls can carry the gene and pass it on to their children.

It usually affects boys but I would get her checked out to be on the safe side.

Yes they do my next door neighbour has had it for years.She has had several operations.

It is usually genetic, but just because your uncle had it,. does not mean you will, pray that you will be immune to this

Yes i think girl will be a muscular but there are some problem with it because boys are muscular in this situation but it will be against it so i think this is a problem.
