What's the risk of gettina a STD when then condom is wrinkled in the package? -

Me and my boyfriend attempted to have sex and didn't go threw with it but we used a condom n the process. What's the risk of getting a STD when its wrinkled ont the package?

If you are having sex you your BOYFRIEND you should not be worried about getting an STD. If he is your boyfriend you should know if he is clean, or not. If he is not clean, you should know condoms do not always protect from STDs as there is more genital contact that occurs that a condom does not cover such as the testes.

I find bride2be's comment to be a bit misleading. Yes you should trust your partner but it's impractical to assume that you can know for sure if he's clean. There's always a chance that someone has an STD and doesn't even know it. as for the condom issue. Always Always use a new, undamaged, mint condition condom. Make sure the seal isn't broken and don't carry them in tight pockets or wallets. Really, they are the best protection available, but why be careless when you can increase their reliability simply by making sure they are un-aged and undamaged.
