When to start stomach exercises during pregnancy? Moms with c section required to start when their stitches are healed and also when you do not feel any pain in your tummy. Lying straight on your back and moving your legs upwards are some of the good exercises. The procedure of doing exercise can be asked from midwife or your health care physician. Pregnancy exercises are really helpful not only you can keep yourself fit but they help in easing your labor pain. They prepare an expecting mom for the childbirth. At the time of delivery, lesser time would be consumed and labor becomes relatively easy.
