Whatever age and whenever YOU and your partner are ready emotionally, physically, and financially. I got pregnant with my 1st at 18 and 20 with my 2nd. they are now 4 and 2.

Holy crap!50 is dangerous. 20, 30, and now with our technology, even 40, is safe to have a child.Who told you this?

I was 22 when i got pregnant and i think i had quite abit of energy for it.However i've made plans not to have babies beyond 30 just because of the commeness of disease after that age. Plus in the future i'd like to be able bodied to run with my grandchildren and play with them as oppose to just slump on my lounge chair and watch soaps.

Well"they"have always said the ideal age for your BODY to carry a baby is anywhere from 18-30. This is PHYSICALLY, but you should have a baby when you are emotionally and financially able to do so.They say after the age of 30, the risks increase with pregnancy and the chances of the baby developing a defect (such as down syndrome, etc) increases but this is extremely rare. The best thing to do is have a baby when YOU are ready, dont worry about age.I just wanted my baby younger so I will have lots of energy to keep up to him/her and not be an old fart when they finally are grown up lol.
