I am suffering from osteoporosis I am male my age 28 yrs old I would be very thankfull to you if you recommend diet and treatment for a osteoporosis patient....please help meI got my dexa scan done(full body bone density test)and it's t score was minus 3.3 please tell me weather is it a serious condition how much time it will take to get cured what medicine and diet i should take.........pls help me

Wow, 28 with ostio? Thats crazy. Never heard of that. Your doc should have told you what to do. If not you need a second opinion. Drink more milk and dairy. Good luck!
