Up until 3 weeks ago, no. But now I have taken a bigger interest in my health and well- being. I am Prue-disposed certain health problems so at 26 I realize I have to nip those things in the bud and get healthy. I work out 5 days a week, I eat healthy, and I feel so much better now!
I exercise everyday. I do it because I'm 41 and I have a 6 yr old daughter, so I want to make sure I'm facially fit to keep up with her energy level. The nutrition side of the house is Little to be desired because I'm addicted to junk food. Thank goodness I do exercise or I probably would be a big as a house. Lil.
I try to, I definitely eat very healthy and get plenty of exercise. I do not drink or do drugs, but I do smoke and that is not healthy, so I guess the real answer is yes and no.
