Young man with Duchenne MD looking to move to Connecticut? -

My son is vent-dependent. We live in Maine but want to move to Connecticut. In Maine he receives 24/7 care for his vent needs. Does anyone know what Connecticut offers for help with DMD patients.MDA Association has been no help at all!
