I get done between1am and 2 am, but for the past three months can't get to sleep till nearly noon. And I ache everywhere. I have tons of energy between midnight and 10am...but, I need this energy between 3pm and 1am. I sit before a computer til I am finished work. Can computer light induce pain and insomnia? I can't make plans even for my days off, I am a zombie all day and evening.
Thanks. I've tried melatonin, doesn't help. I do lots of caffeine but only because I can't function at work without it.
I am late 40's, beginning menopause. Could this be it? For health reasons I can't do hormone replacement therapy. Some days, it feels like I'm having chemo..THAT tired, beyond tired.
Help?
I am posting this here since the women's health forum gets so little advice from older women. I hope to hear some words of wisdom from ladies who have been Thur the change, as I do suspect this is hormonal, at least in part.
