my stomach has been REALLY SCREWED UP the past 6 months.can i fix this with a change of diet?i admit i eat very unhealthy, drink 2-3 cans of soda daily, eat meat only, eat popcorn frequently, never visit the restroom when i have to (too lazy).

yes it is possible, and you have very bad habits, you should change them because with age it can cause cancers or peptic ulcers.
