inner ear or anxiety? -

hi ive had a rocking swaying feeling now for three months it started gradually and then left me in bed for two weeks as everything looked like it was moving and i was so weak and couldnt eat. i seen an ent who saidbhebdidnt think it was inner ear related as it was gradual and wasnt spinning vertigo. is this the case? i didnt think anxiety could make someone feel like this for so long . if anyone could chat to me i would love some advice thankyou
