It all depends. If you are young or out of shape, I highly recommend that you don't run more than 5 times a week. Young people's bodies are still growing, so running too much would deplete them of the resources their body needs to fight off infection.If you're older, it all depends. If you are a healthy adult and run 5 miles a day I don't think it would affect you much. But if you do 10miles a day, then maybe that's bad. Professional marathon runners run crazy amounts like 100 miles a week, but they are professionals and also have amazing genes.
