Hi, I'm a 35 year old male. 3 weeks ago I did a foolish thing in my life that I regret. I hired a sex worker and although I did not penetrate her, I'm worried that I may have contracted something. This happened in Malaysia and I've been told that HIV is common among Asian sex workers that makes me even worried. When I went to this massage par-lour, it is a custom for them to give us a shower. So She had a shower with me. During this time She washed my Penis with a soap. I'm pretty sure she washed mine before she washed her vagina. The thing that really worries me is that I had a open wound on the inside part of my thighs. I had a pimple that burst the previous day. Although it may have dried in a day, it would've loosened up during the shower again. I'm worried that the vaginal fluid may have spilled on to that wound during the shower. Also while she washed my penis is there a chance that some fluid in her hand could've had some HIV that could've got into my system? As I said I did not penetrate her. She asked me to perform oral on her which once again makes me feel nervous because she would've received Oral from number of her clients. I refused to perform oral and only fingered her instead. She later performed oral on me with a condom on. I also sucked her nipples although there was no secretion that I could remember. That was it.

What I did has got me really concerned especially with my wound that was about 1-2mm on the inside part of my things. It could've come in contact with her vaginal fluid at some point of time during the shower or later? I got a HIV antibody test done in 10 days after the incident which came -ve. I was advised that it was only my status prior to the exposure and I would need to come back after 3 months to get the actual status. It's been 3 weeks now and days are just not moving. My mind is roaming in all different direction. The pimple like stuff that appeared to have healed last week seems to have flared up again that gets me worried again. Its painful. I've also got a small ulcer on the lower part of my lip at around 15 days after exposure. This hasn't healed yet. I also got diarrhea couple of times in the last 3 weeks. Just a single instance each of those time. Also minor head ache couple of times. No other symptoms apart from that so far. I almost feel as if I'm HIV +ve and have trouble sleeping.

I have a family and I'm really worried that I might infect my wife. Any advice would be much appreciated. I'm really nervous.
