i had sex with my boy friend 5 years back but we both dint have HIV 5 years time period i ha vent sex with any body and not my boy friend also i ha vent had sex now my doc said some paper work required HIV test em scared tell me doc merit more info

as far as I know no job or situation outside of getting a job with the sex industry would wire you to have an HIV test...


It's your right to choose whether you should or should not have one
I would think that it's pretty much immoral for somebody to require that you take this test unless you're getting a job in the sex industry ( such as porno )

But just to be safe it's always good to know for sure.. So get the test

Most companies require people to do an HIV test together with their physical. It's become standard procedure now.

What?

What is the situation? Are you trying to move to another country, or get a job where you might be working with blood or body fluids? Are you applying to give blood or be a sperm donor? Are you participating in some kind of medical study? These are all reasons why someone might understandably want or require info on your HIV status.

If you know that you ought to be clean, there's no reason to be afraid of an HIV test. But ask the doctor WHY. And if he won't tell you, tell him you aren't going to be tested unless he DOES tell you why.

For your own satisfaction -- and safety -- you should get tested anyway. If you know you're HIV-, you have nothing to worry about, and if you know you're HIV+ you can take steps to safeguard your health. Just being HIV+ does not mean you have AIDS and there are drugs to help prevent this now.
