Okay I am going to break down the symptoms I am experiencing as much as I possibly can.
I had unprotected vaginal and oral sex on November 22ND, December 7Th, 17Th & 20Th. I had an HIV test done on December 13Th which came back negative however I showed up positive for genital herpes (HSV 2).
Symptom #1 - Diarrhea that lasted approximately a week and a half on and off (not constant)...the diarrhea has went away now.
Symptoms #2 - I think I may have had swollen glands in my neck area and collar bone area but I'm not 100% sure about this.
Symptom #3 - Over the past 2-3 days I've been having a lot of acne breakouts...i have pimple-like bumps on my arms (like on the backside of elbows, where my arm folds) and on my face and I have one pimple-like bump on my neck and shoulders. I also have what looks like flat pimple-like bumps all over my backside (buttocks). This is pretty normal for me but never this severe.
Symptom #4 - Last week I had a barely visible VERY itchy palm on my left hand...the itching has went away but now I have peeling skin on the palm of my left hand and very slightly on my right hand.
I asked my doc about all of this and he told me that I shouldn't be experiencing these symptoms as a result of the genital herpes so it is making me very nervous. I have talked to the men that I slept with and all of them swear up and down that they are clean and have been tested but lets face it...people lie!!! I am going back to the doc again in about 2 weeks to get another HIV test but my anxiety is killing me about this...I am very very scared and worried. I know I shouldn't have had unprotected sex so I really really really do not need a lecture. I have a 10 year old son to raise and that is what is freaking me out most about all of this. PLEASE HELP...SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY!!
I do not have any "flu-like" symptoms...no cough, fever, etc....

Well some of the symptoms could have been from all the stress and worrying. It doesn't sound like you have it, but of course I'm not an expert. I hope you don't and good luck.

herpes actually causes many other symptoms besides the obvious outbreak. it WILL cause swollen glands/ lymph nodes in you neck. sometimes people will feel sick with flu-like symptoms such as fever, chills, body ache, tiredness... both me and my partner have herpes and he always get those symptoms right before or during an outbreak. herpes isn't limited to your genitals, mouth nose and eyes. it can also appear on your buttocks and/ or thighs.

not only that but herpes can appear as paper cuts, lesions, pimple like, or sores. symptoms and lengths of outbreaks and in between vary from person to person.

i highly doubt you have HIV/ AIDS. its probably just a combination of herpes, nervousness and a compromised immune system right now.

I think you don't have HIV or AIDS. Because of your stress and learning that you have HSV-2 is probably taking a tumble on your immune system and you're just very nervous. Plus you already took a test and it came back negative. I know sometimes when i get nervous i start thinking the worst possible scenario and freak out and can't rationalize. In the meantime try to relax by breathing, take vitamins to boost your immune system and workout to help with the anxiety and stress. I can tell you're very nervous, but you'll be alright...just breathe in and out and be strong.
