what are some tips to reduce high blood pressure? -

I have just found out that my blood pressure is now very high... the doc hasn't put me on meds for it yet but he said that if I am unable to get it down soon I will have to...I am wanting to know (other then diet change and weight loss)what are some other ways to help with reducing blood pressure? ------
