Please be more specific WI you question. Although from what I understand, you are asking if anti-tuberculosis medication can cause hepatitis. Am I right? The answer is yes. It is called drug induced hepatitis and it is not just caused by anti-TB melds but a long list of medications. For anti-TB melds, ionized and revamping are notorious for causing drug induced hepatitis. With regards to cure, stopping the medication will usually return you ALT and AST back to normal in a couple of weeks. Silymarin is not the cure but it is just a supplement that will support the liver. You can take it if you like but it will just add to you medical expenses.
