Hep A is almost always treatable, because unlike Hep B, Hep C-it usually does not do damage to the liver, although it may cause jaundice. To prevent it, shots are given in a series of 2. If you already have it, they have an immu gamma shot. If you have an infection of the liver, it is probably related to other factors. The Hep A usually will go away on its own. Symptoms are fatigue, not feeling hungry, fever, jaundice-possible, weight loss. Sometimes you may feel like you got food poisioning symptoms.
