Question about foot pain from being on feet all day? -

Im on my feet 12 hours+ a day at work. I wear new balance running shoes which have been fine up until recently. My left foot feels like Im standing completely on the arch of my foot and my heel is kinda numb at the end of the day around the edges?Any ideas whats going on here or what might be causing this?
