Cymbalta has helped a lot. It took a good month to get over side effects though.

Cymbalta, Effexor XR for pain; Temazepam for sleep..also Lavender scent is very calming & good for sleep. Klonipin for anxiety. Naproxen for pain relief (2-3 500mg/day)
Massage; acupuncture; physical therapy to build up my muscles & condition my body generally. I try to walk some; go to psychotherapy.
Weight loss which is very slow since I also have hypothyroidism.
...mostly food choices & portion control.
I take lost of supplements; High quality Miltie-vitamin/mineral.
Calcium citrate 1500mg with Vit D3 800-1000mg; Magnesium 600mg (relaxes muscles); Boswellia & Malic acid for pain relief.

My best to you.

Research and educating by self--ignoring the quackery-knowing the facts

I've tried just about everything --including mainstream and alternatives medicine---nothing really helped..

having a azure did help--it seemed to rest my brain
also when I had a 2 hour surgery--i felt better afterward--might be the Anastasia or the compression stockings to prevent blood clots causing more blood to flow to the brain

thee have been studies showing problems with blood profusion to the brain and problems with neurotransmitters

facts to know-
FMs is a NEURO disease-NO inflammtion
itis highly overdiagnosed--most people don't actually have it--they have something else

I use Midol or Pamprin - or even generic PMS medicine. It helps a lot. I think it is because they are designed to help with menstrual cramps. I discovered this by accident and have no proof, but it works for me.
