Does this sound like epilepsy or seizures to anyone? -

For a little over seven months I have been having these weird episodes. The first one occurred at work. I felt this terrible feeling, everything was cold and numb and I was super aware of my heart beat, and then I passed out. My blood sugar was low then, and they assumed that this was the reason. Then it happened again nearly three months later while I was out to lunch with a friend. Then it happened once more at work (partially, I didn't pass out...but had to leave my check stand and go sit down), and then finally it just happened a couple days ago. After I come to (I am only out for less than a minute) I feel weak, disoriented, dizzy, and tired. I feel like I'm not myself, almost like my personality is drained. I understand what people are saying to me, I just can't process it all the way enough to answer people things. And then it gradually fades out and I feel fine again.
I have had several tests to rule out what could be going on. My blood sugar is usually regular between 78 and 90 in the morning and when I feel fine so they have ruled out diabetes or hypoglycemia. Then I was prescribed BuSpar for anxiety (thinking that it could be panic attacks). Then I was put on some beta-blockers after a Holter Monitor revealed that I had episodes of Tachycardia (up to 170 BPM). Nine days after taking both the beta blockers and the BuSpar is when this last episode hit. Which makes me feel like those medications are not fixing the problem. I have been referred to a neurologist now to check for seizures and all of that but I don't have an appointment yet and I just want to know if those episodes sound compatible to anything anyone has ever experienced??
When I had my last episode the EMT's took my heart rate and said that it was normal (92 BPM) and everything looked regular. Should I still get another Holter monitor even though my heart rate looked normal then?
