inner ear infection causing vertigo -

Hi i had a viral inner ear 7 weeks ago and im still suffering with the vertigo that its left me. I have it everyday constantly for 7 weeks. Its like a swaying feeling like im on a boat and the ground feels bouncy. I have a referral to ent but it could take upto 9 weeks. I was bedridden for 2 weeks im better now that i can walk around bt ive not gotten anybetter. I am so terrified everyday its the scariest feeling. Anyone been the same how long did it take you to recover. I need help and doctors arent doing anything for me
