My throat is absolutly killing me! Im on medication for pharyngitis (spellings for crap today) but it doenst have a pain killer in it, Im takeing motrin, and throat spray. Ive eaten my weight in icecream and my throat hurts again :[ What else would do a sore throat some good?

chicken broth, popcicles. how about tea? maybe some sherbert. juice bars. hope you feel better.

Suprisingly cold foods are a temporary fix that provide long term damage. Eat warm noodles with either a cream sauce (like an alfredo) or just some butter or oil. The warm soothes and the sauce coats.
