I woke up this morning and found out that i had a stuffy nose and a sore throat and we're going to the beach for a few days starting tomorrow! How can I get rid of this without having to go to the dr.? Thanks!

A few cups of lemon grass tea should start opening up the sinuses, but cold being the indignant thing it is, you need to give it a while to get over.Try gargling with salt water and take rest. Nothing like sleep to get the immune system back in shape.

Take Triple guard Echinacea

Take o glass of warm water with a spoon of Honey mix Drink , three time to over come your throught infectionand take fresh mandrin (Orange)juice without ice as much as you can

With colds the best remedy is sleep and water therapy. Throughout the day, drink lots of fluids (preferably warm) and take in Vit C through citrus fruits or juices and get a whole lot of sleep for that night.I'm gonna be realistic, it really takes a few days to cure a cold. However the steps i mentioned should lessen your colds and sore throat. Follow this method for another day and you just might be well enough to enjoy your beach vacation the succeeding day.Hope this helps
