Default What do you call the disability when someone does everything in slow motion? - 01-02-2009, 10:40 AM

What is the disability called when someone does everything in slow motion and they can't help themselves from doing it?They do things up to 500 times slower than normal people, and they are normal people, they aren't old or anything!
