Too much fast food, I'd imagine. I can't remember the last time I saw a black person eating anything healthy.

it's a mix of the foods they eat, they way they are processed, and poor health education.

I think it's the processed food. No one cooks from scratch anymore. Our bodies are just full of chemicals and preservtives that stay in our systems. We are all so busy that's it's hard to find time to eat healthy, but we need to make it a priority.

Look at what America eats! We have fast food galore! And packaged and processed foods..I'm guessing it's that.
