I have noticed that when I eat meals that are fairly high in vegetable content, my body rejects them and I usually have a bowel movement within 4-6 hours of the meal. I can tell that vegetables are a culprit because my stool is fairly loose, often with completely undigested pieces of vegetables. As a result, I have increased the amount of meats, grains, and dairy products in diet. Any idea what kind of problem I am having?

My sister had this same problem. She made an appointment with an allergist to have a scratch test. (simple test to see what youre allergic too). Turns out shes allergic to alot of vegetables! maybe give it a shot

You shouldn't be able to see undigested pieces of vegetables if you are chewing them fully. I'd agree with the allergy test, but I'd also chew more thoroughly and ramp up vegetables slowly. Often a large change in fiber can cause digestive issues (and vegetables tend to be high in fiber).
