Eat more healthy foods like fruits and vegetables avoid fatty foods, cola, sweet food, and high in calorie. Unhealthy diet will lead to high blood pressure that can cause death.

Start taking lots of raw vegetables and fruits and drink 8 glass water daily.Take diet or meal on time. Exercise is must for good health.
