According to several expert opinions, despite Bethenny attributing her rapid weight loss to yoga exercises, walking 45 minutes a day three times a week, portion control, and C-Section induced fasting, her slim down may be unhealthy and potentially dangerous to those women who can not afford what celebrities invest in to lose weight.

Is it possible to lose weight and regain your figure after having a baby?
Yes, it is! Having a baby does not mean you have to be fat. Lots of new moms regain their pre-pregnancy figure within 8-12 months. True, it takes time for your body to get back to normal, but don't despair. Eat properly, get active and let nature do the rest.

Don't rush out and start dieting after the birth
If you are not breast-feeding then don't rush out and start dieting. Instead, for the first three months or so after the birth, concentrate on healthy eating, and develop your own exercise plan. Then, when your body has begun to recover and when your period has returned to normal, start following a healthy, low fat weight-loss plan and you will lose weight just as easily as the next person.

The best after pregnancy diet is the one that works for you the best option for you in this case would be to take it slowly and be consistent. However, post pregnancy weight loss is not the first thing that should be on your mind immediately after you have put-to-bed. How far will you go losing post pregnancy weight depend on how much weight you gained during the pregnancy, the way that you eat after birth, how active you are or able to be, and how your metabolism reacts to the birth and breastfeeding if you are.........

If you follow the right system and recommendations, your physical appearance can "recover" from pregnancy weight gain.

Focus on “Real” foods like colorful fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes and nonfat milk. Take a multivitamin and mineral. Getting enough nourishing fluids, like water, it is very important during pregnancy.

Cram lots of fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet. Cut down on the dairy and other fattening foods.

After the birth of my son I gained 25 kg... exercises and dieting is good of course but I couldn't lose much, so now that I'm not breastfeeding anymore I take Reductil. I've lost 10 kg in first 3 months and I'm not on a diet anymore
