All kinds of diet will work only if you also at the same time perform some exercise as your daily routine. I often exercise 3-4 times a week and watch what I eat everyday. I'll make sure not to consume more than 2000 calories per day as my body only requires 2000 calories per day. If I want to lose weight I usually consume 1500 calories during my entire diet period and I did lose some pounds.

I have been doing the 5/2 fast diet. seems like a good one and you get to eat normal the next day.

Well try to avoid all junk foods.To make you eating plan interesting try to prepare,
different sanitary food by yourself. This will really increase your passion for your
daily eating plan. Eat regular with 2-3 hrs gap but eat in small portion and eat
healthy. Try to bring modifications in your meals.

Keep it simple. Don't get too caught up on the specifics or your diet. Start by simply just counting calories.
