My Story..
Ever since I can remember I have never been on the small side to say the least, My family and I loved food, my parents owned their own business so take away was always the easy option as they worked all sorts of hours, but as I child I loved it! Knowing that I would be having either a Mc Donald’s, KFC, Chinese or maybe even a curry was sadly the best part of my day.
As I started to progress towards the end of primary school I started to notice how I looked and the comments from the school bully made me realise even more so but never enough to make me want to do anything about it, but sadly as I hit high school the jokes started to become more and more upsetting so I decided to diet for the first time at the age of 14 I was determined not to be ‘the fat girl’ anymore, but as you can imagine as a 14 year old I didn’t really know a lot about how to diet properly, so in the end I gave up, then the yoyo diet began I was 16 when I decided to be dedicated again to a diet I was determined this time to lose some of the excess weight and did so I lost a stone and a half within a month and was happy with my weight loss, unfortunately I have always found that my emotions are attached to my eating and breaking up with my ex made me pile on the pounds so I was yet again back to square one, this has been the same viscous story for the majority of my life, until my now husband found Herbalife, Herbalife has changed my life completely I love the fact there are a variety of shakes, meal bars, snack bars and soups to choose from so no need to stray for the take away! But the best thing about Herbalife is, if you want to have that treat you still can without the guilt factor, which for me is the ultimate diet as I still love my food to this day!
My success so far!
I have lost 1 and a half stone within my first month of using Herbalife, I have found that I have increased energy to do more and I feel more awake in the day and even to the point of feeling refreshed in the morning when I wake up.
As I was so impressed with the products I decided to become a person wellness coach and help other people who have had weight problems like myself!

Hello Community,

Herbalife, which consists of a green tea drink, some powders that are mixed with milk, a few vitamin tablets (I think) and a ‘no carbs but lots of salad and meat’ diet.

That was really one of the inspiring stories I have heard in weight loss. I am looking forward for more stories here, and I hope I can learn from you sooner.

I appreciated this short but effective deit plan . But my experience say, just diet in not enough because you cannot just walk on a single track. Add some exercises also in your plan.
