Avoid heavy ,oily foods and sugarless drink remove than drink plenty of water fresh fruit juices and take green tea daily .
Salad(cabbage green vegetables and fruits) also help-full to loss your fat .

Try low carb high protein is a good way to loose weight.
good luck with the apple cidar vinegar i hav tried that but would gag each time i tried to take it.

Daily exercise is the best way to loose weight or you can join Gym or you can take supplements also to loose your weight Proper diet will also help you to loose your weight.

I am agree with your reviews about reduce the body weight so some tips
here for reduce the body weight like,....
Swimming
Cycling
Exercise work regularly
Green tea
Vegetarian soup....
