First of all keep in mind that there are no short cut for weight loss but you put your efforts in right direction then you find some good result in your weight loss program. So always do some light exercise and plan for your effective diet plan which considerably very important thing in this case.

Well consume 3.5 ltrs of water every day and prevent alcohol consumption, soft drinks and mindset. Water really help, with desires. If you feel the start of a treat assault make a addiction, of enjoying 550 ml of water then holding out 19 minutes before you allow yourself to enjoy, most times you won't want to treat.

Thanks for sharing your story, it will be an inspiration to those who are looking to lose weight.

I also want to share mine story as well.

I have successfully lost 5 pounds in last 7 weeks by using a disciplined diet plan and by doing cardio and other exercises in the gym which helps me to burn my calories. In my diet plan I have given stress to the calorie counting. Calorie counting is not just about the calories you intake but about the KINDS of calories you intake. So to lose weight just focus on your calorie intake followed by a planned diet plan.
